The magnetic flap level gauge is a product introduced and imported by our company, which has been collected, digested, and improved according to the magnetic level gauge standard HG/T21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. It can be used for medium level detection of various towers, tanks, spherical containers, boilers and other equipment. This series of magnetic level gauges can achieve sealing, leak prevention, and adapt to liquid level measurement under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive conditions, with reliable safety. It compensates for the shortcomings of glass plate (tube) level gauges, such as unclear indication and easy breakage, and is not affected by sudden changes in temperature or low temperature. It does not require the combination of multiple sets of level gauges. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, with clear display, intuitive readings, and a large measurement range. Especially in the on-site indication section, due to not being in direct contact with liquid media, it exhibits superiority over high-temperature, high-pressure, viscous, harmful, and highly corrosive media. Therefore, it is more reliable, safe, progressiveness and practical than the traditional glass tube and plate level gauge.

Moreover, various models of level gauges are equipped with level alarms and control switches, which can achieve upper and lower limit over alarm, control, or interlocking of the liquid level or boundary; Equipped with a static pressure level transmitter or a dry spring resistance level transmitter, the liquid level and boundary signals can be converted into a two-wire 4-20mADC standard signal, enabling remote indication, detection, recording, and control.
