FBD local ventilation fans are mainly used for medium to long-distance ventilation in non coal mine underground areas, which can be used for mining working faces. Ventilation fans have the characteristics of reasonable structure, complete specifications, high efficiency, obvious energy-saving effect, low noise, and long air supply distance. When the length of the roadway is within 2000m, the ventilation fan can supply air normally without moving, reducing the labor intensity of workers and saving ventilation time. It is an ideal equipment for local ventilation in non coal mine underground areas.
The FBD series mining counter rotating axial flow local ventilation fan consists of two or more working hosts, with two or more stages of impellers rotating in opposite directions: the first stage impeller rotates clockwise and the second stage impeller rotates counterclockwise. The air obtains energy from the first stage impeller and is pressurized by the second stage impeller before being sent out. In addition to increasing airflow energy, the secondary impeller also has the function of static guide vanes in ordinary axial flow fans. While obtaining the velocity component in the circumferential direction of the guide, it smooths out the airflow impact, increases airflow energy, reduces wake vortices, and lowers noise. Compared with similar products in China, it reduces A-level noise by 10-20 decibels and has stable performance, making it safer and more reliable.
