　　1、 Product Introduction:

　　Explosion proof water tank is an inverted trapezoidal brittle plastic tank used to prevent coal dust explosions, control the spread of coal dust explosions, isolate the spread of coal explosions, and prevent the spread of combustible gases and coal dust explosions. 　　1. Water usage of the water shed;

　　Explosion proof water tank (bag) sheds are divided into centralized and decentralized (depending on the layout).

　　The water consumption of centralized water tank (bag) shed shall be calculated according to the section of the roadway, and the main water shed shall not be less than 400L/m2; Auxiliary water shed not less than 200L/m2

　　The water volume of the decentralized water tank (bag) shed is calculated based on the volume of the roadway space occupied by the shed area; Not less than 1.2L/m3.

　　2. Location setting of boron water;

　　a、 The sink (bag) shed should be set up in a straight roadway;

　　b、 The distance between the water tank (bag) shed and the intersection of the roadway and the turning point should be maintained at 50-70m; the distance from the air door should be greater than 25m;

　　c、 The distance between the centralized water shed and the working face must be maintained at 60-200m, and the distance between the dispersed water shed and the working face must be maintained at 30-60m;

　　d、 Multiple sets of auxiliary explosion-proof water sheds should be installed in the roadway, with a spacing of no more than 200m between each set;

　　3. The distance between water shed rows and the length of the shed area:

　　a、 The distance between centralized water sheds is 1.2-3.0m, while decentralized sheds are arranged along the roadway, with a spacing of 10-30m between two trough (bag) groups;

　　b、 The length of the centralized main water shed shall not be less than 30m. The length of the centralized auxiliary shed shall not be less than 20m, and the length of the decentralized shed shall not be less than 200m
