　　1、 Product Introduction:

　　The LDS-200 digital anchor rod tension meter is a specialized tool used to detect and evaluate the strength, anchoring force, and anchoring quality of anchor rods in anchor spray support engineering.

　　2、 Product usage steps:

　　1. Install the push-pull force gauge onto the appropriate push-pull force gauge bracket of your choice.

　　1) If it is a tensile test, place the tested item on the PULL end of the push-pull force gauge.

　　2) The thrust test is conducted on the center axis of the PUSH end. When unable to reach the tested object, use an extension rod to install the fixture.

　　3) Note: The tested object needs to be on the same straight line as the push-pull force gauge, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the test.

　　If the push-pull force gauge has a mode selection, install the desired mode and adjust the push-pull force gauge to the corresponding mode.

　　3. Adjust the dial of the push-pull force gauge to zero position.

　　1. The tension meter is strictly prohibited from being used under overload, and the digital peak value meter is prohibited from exceeding the range.

　　2. The system should be kept clean, and the dust at the joint should be wiped clean before connecting the oil pipe. The oil cylinder should be reset after testing.

　　3. When the oil cylinder is working, the bottom should be placed flat and stable, in a straight line with the measured anchor rod, and should not work beyond the stroke.

　　4. The oil storage pipe should be filled with clean N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil, and the oil injection amount should not be too full. A certain space (about 1/5 of the space) should be left in the oil pipe to allow air to be discharged.

　　5. High pressure rubber hoses should undergo a pressure test once a year to prevent aging and accidents.

　　6. During the operation of the tension meter, it is strictly prohibited to stand around the oil cylinder and safety should be taken into account.
