　　3、 Principle explanation of MS22-250/63 anchor cable tensioner:

　　When the hydraulic pump station starts working, the oil is sucked into the high and low pressure suction check valves by the plunger, and then pressed into the working tensioning jack through the high and low pressure discharge check valves. When the pressure rises to 1.5 MPa, the low pressure relief valve opens and the low pressure oil overflows back into the oil tank; On the basis of the above, the high-pressure plunger continues to work and the pressure gradually increases. Push the tensioning jack to work, thereby achieving tensioning of the anchor cable. Then, toggle the directional valve to achieve reverse movement of the piston and release the anchor. When the pressure exceeds 63MPa, the high-pressure valve opens and high-pressure oil overflows back to the oil tank from the high-pressure valve, maintaining the pressure at 63MPa.
