1. Carriage: Carriage: It is composed of welded box plates, end plates, angle steel, strip steel, etc. The mechanical and physical properties of the material shall not be lower than Q235-A steel. Its technical conditions comply with the provisions of JB/T6992-1993.
2. Before riveting and welding the steel plates and sections of the car body, they should be straightened. The flatness of the surface of the car body after manufacturing should not exceed 3% (calculated as 1000mm if it is less than 1000mm), but should not exceed 6mm. The flipping rails at both ends should be installed symmetrically on the longitudinal center plane of the car body, with a symmetry tolerance of 4mm, and the dimensional deviation of the upper and lower positions should not exceed 2mm.
3. 1-ton dump truck wheelset:
A、 All parts should be cleaned thoroughly, removing oil stains, dirt, iron filings and blockages in the oil holes before assembly can proceed.
B、 The wheelset should not have cracks, but small cracks appearing on the top and end surfaces of the wheel flange should not exceed two within a length range of 10mm and should be welded.
