      KFU1.1-6 dump truck is generally used for transporting mineral materials with a loose density of less than 2500kg/m3, and is mostly used for underground operation transportation.

      All components of the KFU1.1-6 dump truck must be inspected and qualified before it can be used. All parts should be cleaned thoroughly and carried out in a clean environment. The traction height of the mining car is+3mm, the total width is+5mm, the total height is+8mm, and the total length is 10mm. The carriage should be installed symmetrically on the longitudinal center surface of the frame. The symmetry tolerance is 5mm. The assembled mining car should be placed on a dedicated straight track for inspection, and it is not allowed to have a gap between one wheel and the rail surface greater than 2mm.

      1、 KFU1.1-6 dump truck structure

      The KFU1.1-6 dump truck consists of a carriage, frame, wheelsets, connecting pins, and other components.

      1. Carriage: Carriage: It is composed of welded box plates, end plates, angle steel, strip steel, etc. The mechanical and physical properties of the material shall not be lower than Q235-A steel. Its technical conditions comply with the provisions of JB/T6992-1993.

      2. Before riveting and welding the steel plates and sections of the car body, they should be straightened. The flatness of the surface of the car body after manufacturing should not exceed 3% (calculated as 1000mm if it is less than 1000mm), but should not exceed 6mm. The flipping rails at both ends should be installed symmetrically on the longitudinal center plane of the car body, with a symmetry tolerance of 4mm, and the dimensional deviation of the upper and lower positions should not exceed 2mm.

      3. The frame is a metal structure that can withstand traction force, automatic force, collision force between mining cars, and rail impact force, and is made of channel steel. Welding components such as headrests and axle clamps. Its technical conditions comply with the provisions of JB/T6992-1993. The frame steel should be straightened before riveting and welding, and its straightness should not exceed 1.5 ‰. After the frame is made, the two pairs of edges should be parallel to each other, with a parallelism tolerance of 2 ‰ of the side length. The flatness tolerance of the frame should be 2 ‰ of the frame length (excluding the buffer), but not greater than 5mm.

      3. Wheelset: composed of wheels, axles, bearings, etc.

      4. Connecting pin: made of medium carbon structural steel and welded with a hand-held ring.
