Push the tensioning jack to work, thereby achieving tensioning of the anchor cable. Then, toggle the directional valve to achieve reverse movement of the piston and release the anchor. When the pressure exceeds 63MPa, the high-pressure valve opens and high-pressure oil overflows back to the oil tank from the high-pressure valve, maintaining the pressure at 63MPa.
