3、 XMQ 240 × 90 Laboratory Cone Ball Mill Operation and Maintenance:
1. Grip the upper handle tightly with your hand and apply appropriate force to rotate the entire grinding drum and frame 90 degrees, and raise the feeding port of the grinding drum upwards
2. Open the feeding cover with a dedicated wrench and add the material into the grinding cylinder. Cover the cover and tighten it with a wrench to rotate the grinding cylinder to a horizontal position. Release the handle and insert the positioning pin into the positioning slot.
3. Turn on the high-speed train and turn it off after a certain amount of time has passed. Align the bolt at the discharge port with a special wrench and unscrew it, then place the receiving tray on the bracket.
4. Hold the handle tightly with your hand to move the pin away from the positioning slot, slowly rotate the discharge port of the grinding cylinder and the whole machine downwards, and pour out the ground sample into the receiving tray.
5. Open the feeding port and clean the grinding cylinder with clean water to make the cylinder clean.
6. Close the discharge port tightly, add materials, and repeat the previous operation.
7. If not in use for a period of time, lime water should be added to the grinding cylinder and the lid should be closed to protect the inner wall of the cylinder and the steel rod from rusting.
8. Before each use, please add engine oil to the oil cup on the bearing seat before starting the machine. This can protect the copper sleeve from wear and tear.
