　　The 30mm connecting circular chain is made of 45 # carbon structural steel, which should be fully static steel and its chemical composition should comply with GB/T699 regulations. The circular ring is forged and must undergo hot forging test. The test method and results comply with GB/T233 regulations; Long rings should be made of hot pressed rods.

　　1. Diameter: 30+1/-0.5 pitch+5/-5 inner width+2/-2

　　The surface of the forged ring should be smooth, without excessive burning, cracks, and the height of the burrs should not exceed 1mm. The depth of the concave after grinding the heavy skin and scars should not exceed 1mm, and the modulus of misalignment should not exceed 1mm. The diameter of the long ring welding should not be less than the diameter of the bar material, nor should it be greater than 115% of the actual straight diameter of the bar material. The weld seam should be in the straight part of the chain ring, and the welding surface should be smooth. There should be no defects such as pores, slag inclusions, cracks, etc. at the weld joint.
