      The electrical equipment of the dispatching winch produced by Tai'an Yucheng Mining Equipment Co., Ltd. has explosion-proof performance and is a product of the valid "Mining Product Safety Mark Certificate". It is mainly used in mines with coal dust and gas.

      1、 Working conditions for JD-2.5 scheduling winch

      1. Environmental temperature -10-40 ℃

      2. The relative humidity of the environment shall not exceed 95% (25 ℃)

      3. The altitude is below 2000m.

      Attention: The methane, coal dust, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, and other substances in the surrounding air must not exceed the safe levels specified in the Coal Mine Safety Regulations.       3、 Working principle of JD-2.5 scheduling winch:

      The motor gear is connected to the shaft gear, and the shaft gear drives the three small planetary gears on the small gear frame to rotate. The small planetary gear meshes with the small internal gear, and the three small planetary gears not only rotate on their own, but also revolve around the shaft gear, which drives the small gear frame to rotate. The small gear frame is connected to the double gear, which rotates the double gear and drives the large planetary gear to rotate;

      At this point, there are three possible states:

      If the left brake stops the drum and the right brake is released, the large internal gear does not rotate because it is connected to the drum. The large planetary gear not only rotates itself, but also revolves, and the right brake wheel rotates through the large gear frame. The heavy object is stopped in a certain position due to the drum being stationary, which is the stopped state.

      If the left brake is released and the right brake is applied to the brake wheel, the large planetary wheel will only rotate on its own, and the drum will be driven to rotate through the large internal gear for traction. This is called the working state. If the motor is turned on to reverse, it is called the working down state. When starting and stopping, as well as adjusting the drum speed during heavy object lowering, two brake devices can be used to alternately brake and release for adjustment.
