　　The ZQS-50/1.6S mining gas hand-held drilling rig, also known as the wind coal drill, is suitable for coal support anchor bolt support operations in coal tunnels and semi coal tunnels with rock hardness ≤ f6. It can drill anchor bolt holes and mix and install resin coated anchor bolts.

　　1、 Working principle of ZQS-50/1.6S mining gas hand-held drilling rig:

　　1. Compressed air enters the anchor drilling rig through a filter, oil injector, and filter screen

　　2. Open the motor control valve, compressed air drives the gear motor, and through gear reduction, drives the spindle to rotate clockwise, adjusting the working state of the handle control motor.

　　3. Open the water valve during wet drilling, and the flushing water will enter the drill rod through the filter screen, water pipe, and spindle inner hole to flush the borehole. Adjust the opening amount of the water valve to adjust the water volume.

　　2、 Usage conditions for ZQS-50/1.6S mining gas hand-held drilling rig:

　　Compressed air should be maintained at 0.4~0.63MPa and measured at a distance of about 5 meters from the inlet of the drilling rig. Compressed air should be clean and dry. If it contains excessive moisture, it will damage the oil film on the surface of the parts inside the pneumatic motor, deteriorate lubrication, and cause ice to form in the exhaust hole, blocking the exhaust channel and preventing the drilling rig from operating normally. In order to eliminate excess moisture in the compressed air, an effective air-water separation device should be installed on the compressed air pipeline, and the accumulated water should be discharged before each drilling operation. An oil injector should also be installed on the compressed air pipeline to ensure lubrication.

　　When wet drilling, the flushing water quality should be clean, otherwise the waterway is prone to blockage, and the water pressure should be maintained at 0.6~1.2 MPa. If the water pressure is low, it will affect the timely discharge of rock debris from the borehole, resulting in the inability to achieve the desired drilling speed and fully utilize the efficiency of the drilling rig. After each drilling operation, the water valve should be closed first, and then the drilling rig should be idle for a while to facilitate water removal and rust prevention.

　　2. When drilling, it is forbidden to hold the drill rod with your hands.

　　When opening the eyes, stabilize the drilling rig and perform the eye opening operation.

　　4. When drilling, the manual thrust should be increased uniformly to avoid accidents such as slow drilling speed, stuck drill, broken drill rod, bent drill rod, and broken drill bit edge caused by uneven manual thrust.

　　5. When loading and unloading the drilling rig, there will be a reverse torque. But both can hold the handle and achieve balance. It is strictly prohibited to load suddenly. During loading, the operator should pay more attention to their position and shake hands reasonably.
