1. Working principle (Figure 1)
Dust laden air is sucked (pressed) into the dust collector by the fan power. When passing through the vibrating wire filter, the water spray set in the incoming direction sprays spray on the vibrating wire filter plate. The fiber with water curtain can make the dust wet, add weight, coagulate or stay. At the same time, the passing dusty gas causes the fibers to vibrate under the impact of the airflow. The dust fusion between water mist particles and dust laden gas is strengthened, and the capture of fine dust is improved. Due to the self purification ability of the vibrating wire filter's own fiber and the continuous spraying of the spray to the filter, the dust laden gas passing through the filter turns into wet dust laden liquid air flow. The dust laden liquid air flow forms a high-speed rotating liquid air flow through the blades of the hydrocyclone. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dust laden water mist is thrown to the inner wall of the dewatering drum to form a sewage flow, which flows out of the machine through the drain outlet under the dewatering ring or into the circulating filtering water tank for recycling through the spray pump station.
