2、 MQTB-60/1.5 Pneumatic Leg Anchor Drilling Machine Operation Safety Precautions:
1. Operators must undergo training and be familiar with the performance, structure, operation methods, and safety precautions of the drilling rig before they can operate it.
2. Carefully inspect the drilling location and surrounding environment to ensure the stability of the roof and coal (rock) support to ensure work safety.
3. The operator should wear clothes, a safety helmet, and tie the cuffs to prevent hooking and entanglement of rotating parts.
4. The stable drilling rig should be as perpendicular to the top plate as possible, and hard materials should not be lined under the drilling rig.
5. Check whether the trachea and water pipes meet the elongation requirements to avoid obstacles such as hose jamming, hanging, and pressure.
6. When operating the drilling rig, stand behind the rig, on the left side of the operating rod, stabilize the rig, and strictly prohibit touching and rotating the drill rod with your hands.
7. When opening the cutting hole of the drilling rig, excessive thrust should not be used. The drilling speed should be adjusted to match the thrust, otherwise it will cause drilling jamming, damage to the drill rod and drill bit. It is strictly prohibited to use bent drill rods for drilling.
8. When the drilling rig stops at full load, a large counter torque will be generated, causing the operating arm to swing to the right (the operator must stand on the left side of the operating rod behind the drilling rig). It is necessary to firmly grasp the drilling rig to prevent injury from squeezing. When the drilling rig contracts, it is strictly prohibited to hold it against the air leg.
9. The filter screen at the inlet of the air duct should be cleaned regularly. After using the drill, the residual flushing water inside the drill should be blown dry. It is strictly prohibited to drill without water to prevent drilling from getting stuck.
10. The working air pressure is 0.4-0.63Mpa, the water pressure is 1.5-3Mpa, and when the ambient temperature is below 10 ℃ # #, use 20 engine oil. The gearbox should store 2/3 of the volume of 2 synthetic rust base grease (butter)
