　　1、 The usage method of KHYD-155 rock drill for coal mine:

　　1. Rock drilling requires the cooperation of a drilling rig, which can drill horizontally forward and tilt downward.

　　2、 KHYD-155 Coal Mine Rock Drill Usage and Precautions:

　　1. Determine the installation position of the drill frame (self-made) based on the usage scenario and drilling location

　　2. First, install the chain on the host, then install the host on the runway, connect both ends of the chain to the runway, and adjust the chain rod to obtain a certain tension for the chain. Finally, fix the runway to the drilling rig.

　　3. Before drilling, turn the handwheel to neutral position and run it without load for five minutes. When the motor insulation is good, there is no abnormal sound from the rock drill, and the main shaft rotation direction is consistent with the arrow direction on the reducer, then install the drill bit and drill rod and connect the water source.

　　4. When drilling, slowly rotate the handwheel in the direction of the arrow and gently engage the clutch. After the drill bit has fully penetrated the rock, tighten the clutch with force, but not too much. When drilling to the desired depth, the handwheel should be quickly turned in reverse to stop moving forward. Tighten the clutch in the reverse direction according to the arrow, and the main engine will quickly retract. Wait until the drill bit completely exits the hole before stopping drilling, otherwise it is easy to damage the drill bit and parts. At this time, turn the handwheel to neutral position.

　　5. During the drilling process, if the drill rod bends or gets stuck, the drill should be immediately withdrawn to check whether the drill bit has worn away or broken pieces, whether it has encountered a hard fault, or whether the voltage at the motor inlet meets the rated voltage. If it is lower than the rated value, the voltage must be adjusted to the rated value.

　　7. Rigorously drill holes (excluding when using spiral blade drill rods), strictly follow the method of supplying water first, then starting drilling, and stopping drilling first and then stopping water. During drilling, attention should be paid to the water supply situation. In case of sudden water stoppage, drilling must be stopped immediately to allow the drill bit to leave the bottom of the hole in a timely manner, in order to prevent accidents such as drill bit betting and jamming.
