　　2、 Usage of HQC40 Concrete Strength Tester:

　　1. Open the load valve of the hand pump counterclockwise to allow the hydraulic oil in the jack to return to the oil tank of the hand pump. Open the oil injection screw, add oil, and tighten any part of the joints to prevent oil leakage.

　　2. Place the collected core sample on the bracket, close the pressure relief valve of the hand pump, slowly shake the pressure rod to apply pressure until the core sample is damaged, record the pressure reading, release the pressure relief valve, press the pressure return switch, clean the damaged core sample, and complete one pressure measurement.

　　3、 Precautions for using HQC40 concrete strength tester:

　　1. This instrument uses a 2.5MPA needle pressure gauge as a specialized gauge for shotcrete strength. If the instrument is used for other rock tests, please replace it with a larger pressure gauge.

　　2. The working fluid should be 20 # mechanical oil or 20 # hydraulic oil. It is strictly prohibited to use alcohol, castor oil, brake oil, ordinary engine oil, etc. as working fluid.
