　　1、 Working Procedure of Fully Automatic Belt Head Sampling Machine

　　1. Manual start stop: After connecting the power supply of the control box, close the circuit breaker and the power indicator light will turn on. Turn the switch to manual mode, press the start button, the work indicator light will turn on, and the sampler will start working. Take N consecutive samples, stop working, and wait for the next startup.

　　2. Automatic start stop: Close the circuit breaker, the power indicator light will turn on, turn the transfer switch to automatic, and the sampler will enter the waiting control signal state. When the signal arrives, the green indicator light will turn on, and the sampler will start working. Follow the process loop of "delay sampling interval sampling interval". After the signal is cut off, the green indicator light goes out, the sampler stops working, and enters the waiting signal state.

Control in the central control room: Close the circuit breaker, the power signal light will turn on, rotate the switch to automatic and material, and the sampling machine will work automatically with the material on the belt.
