　　2、 Main working system description of the coal conveyor belt head sampling machine:

　　1. Sampling time control system for coal conveyor belt head sampling machine: In addition to the basic control circuit, it mainly consists of time relays. There are two sets of time on the time relay, each consisting of two digits and one time unit. The range of numerical adjustment is 0-999, and the time units are 0.1 seconds (0.1S), seconds (S), 0.1 minutes (0.1M), minutes (M), 0.1 hours (0.1H), and hours (H), respectively. The group is for a single sampling time, with an adjustment range of 0.1 seconds to 999 hours, controlling the sampling time for each time. The function of the positioning system is to prevent the sampling head from stopping on the belt. The system mainly consists of sensors installed in front of the gearbox, induction boards, and a set of relays inside the control box. The positioning system is not controlled by the switch buttons on the panel or the central control interlock. As long as the control box is powered on, the system starts working. Whenever the sampling head position is detected on the belt, the motor is automatically turned on, and the sampling head stops when it is turned outside the belt. During the sampling process, the positioning system is in a locked state and will not trigger. After the sampling time stops, the positioning system is automatically triggered.
