　　3、 YDC4-9 Bottom Side Unloading Mine Car Support Spring Description:

　　The YDC4-9 bottom side unloading mining car adopts rubber springs as vibration reduction devices, expanding the inclination angle of the rubber springs during installation to enable them to withstand greater impact loads.

　　The distance between the bottom of the chassis and the top of the rubber spring seat is 70mm when unloaded. During locomotive operation, this distance will gradually decrease. However, when this distance decreases to 55mm, an adjustment plate should be added to raise the chassis. If the gap is less than 20mm in the short term after adding an adjustment pad, it indicates that the rubber spring has failed and should be replaced with a new one. The general principle is not to allow the chassis to rigidly impact the axle during operation. (See figure)
