CDHSliding hydraulic derailleurIt is a type of anti-collision car safety protection device installed on the end line of the track, suitable for the safety protection of rail transit vehicles. The car stopper consists of four main parts: the main body frame, the damper, the buffer head, and the hydraulic buffer device. 2、 Working principle of CDH sliding hydraulic stopper:
The car stopper consists of a main frame and two pairs of boosters, with a total length of 2800mm.
1. Buffer rubber sheet.
2. The impact force of the vehicle is transmitted to the brake rail through the buffer rubber plate and the left and right support arms of the bracket.
3. Brake rail, spring seat Friction resistance is generated with the base rail to prevent the vehicle from sliding.
4. The elastic pressure device is composed of a plate spring, a spring seat, a wedge iron, and a bearing seat, installed in the brake rail of the main body frame and the brake rail of the booster. The function of the train stopper is to form a preload force when the stopper is static, increase the frictional resistance during braking, and continuously apply braking force during dynamic operation until stopping.
5. The support arm plate is made of a whole board, consisting of a support, front and rear crossbeams, and upper and lower diagonal beams tightly connected to form the main frame. The structure is reasonable, the overall strength is large, and it can withstand the impact of vehicles at high speeds.
6. The support arm plate is directly inserted into the brake rail by the lower hoof shaped block, with a simple structure and easy installation, maintenance, and reset.
7. After the main frame is subjected to force, it sequentially pushes the two pairs of brake rails in front of the stopper, the two pairs of brake rails behind, and the two pairs of boosters to slide. The frictional resistance gradually increases, which can prevent damage to the vehicle and the main frame, and also increase the cumulative resistance of the stopper. Has a large braking capacity.
