A central system can simultaneously purify smoke and dust from multiple welding stations. The main purification method is to install purification systems outside large comprehensive workshops and factories, set up induced draft ducts inside the workshops, and direct indoor smoke to the pipeline system for disposal and discharge. The smoke is purified at scattered welding points through freely moving suction arms. The working principle is that the welding smoke and exhaust gas are sucked into the galvanized spiral pipeline through the universal vacuum arm or suction port by the fan's gravitational force, and then enter the equipment's air inlet. The equipment's air inlet is equipped with a flame arrester, and sparks are blocked by the flame arrester. The smoke and dust gas enters the filter chamber of the filter element, and by gravity and upward airflow, the coarse dust is first directly dropped into the ash hopper. The fine smoke and dust are captured on the outer surface by the filter element, and the clean gas is filtered and purified by the filter element before flowing into the clean room. After the longitudinal solar carbon adsorbs dust to remove non odors, it is discharged through the air outlet. The replacement and cleaning of the filter element are indicated by pressure display prompts. The dust cleaning adopts compressed air pulse automatic cleaning, which stabilizes the resistance of the equipment at a level conducive to operation, making the equipment an efficient dust removal device for long-term and large-scale welding operations.
