Laying regulations:
1. Clean up the garbage and cement leveling on the laying site to make sure there are no obvious bumps or depressions. The outdoor garage roof and rooftop garden need to have a 2-5 ‰ slope.
2. It can concentrate the water discharged from the drainage board and discharge it to nearby sewage pipes or urban sewers.
3. The basement floor is designed to prevent water seepage. An elevated floor is built on top of the foundation, which means a layer of drainage board is made before the floor is made. The circular protruding platform is facing downwards, and blind ditches are left around it to prevent groundwater from coming up. Water seepage naturally flows into the surrounding blind ditches through the space of the drainage board, and then into the collection pit through the blind ditches.
4. Waterproofing of basement walls can be achieved by laying drainage boards on the main wall of the building, with circular protrusions facing the main wall. Build another layer of single wall outside the drainage board or use steel wire mesh powder cement to protect the drainage board, so that the space of the permeable board outside the wall flows straight down into the blind ditch to the collection pit.
5. When laying drainage boards in any area, attention must be paid to not allowing soil, cement, yellow sand and other garbage to enter the front space of the drainage board, ensuring that the space of the drainage board is unobstructed.
6. When laying drainage boards, protective measures should be taken as much as possible. When laying drainage boards on the surface or in outdoor garages, backfilling work should be done as soon as possible to prevent strong winds from affecting the quality of the laying. The basement and interior wall waterproofing should be protected as soon as possible to prevent the drainage board from being damaged by people or objects.
7. Backfill soil is cohesive soil, and it is ideal to lay 3-5 cm of yellow sand on top of the geotextile to facilitate water filtration; If backfill soil is a nutrient rich or lightweight soil, there is no need to lay another layer of yellow sand, as this soil is already loose and easily filters water.
8. When laying the drainage board, it can be overlapped with 1-2 support points on the right side, or two bottom plates can be aligned and overlapped with geotextile on top. As long as no soil enters the drainage channel of the drainage board, the drainage can be kept smooth.
