　　◆ Product Description

　　 This product is high-purity isobutyl triethoxysilane, which can penetrate into the interior of concrete and react with air and water molecules exposed to acidic and alkaline environments to form a water repellent layer, producing waterproof, CL resistant, and UV resistant properties. It can effectively prevent the erosion of concrete by sunlight, acid and alkali, seawater, and salt spray, thereby protecting the internal steel reinforcement structure of concrete from corrosion. This product is mainly used for highway bridge structures, port terminals, marine engineering, overpasses, power poles, sewage treatment tanks, high-altitude areas with large temperature differences, etc. It is recommended by the national concrete anti-corrosion standards.

　　◆ Usage method

　　⊙ The surface of the substrate should be cleaned before use, and there should be no accumulated water, dirt, dust, oil stains, or other pollutants;

　　⊙ Construction can be carried out using tools such as spray guns, rollers, brushes, etc. The surface should be repeatedly sprayed and kept moist for at least 10 minutes until it is completely penetrated.

　　⊙ The surface should be kept as dry as possible to achieve optimal immersion effect.

　　◆ Precautions

　　⊙ This product is flammable, and safety precautions should be taken. Keep away from sources of ignition, avoid impact, avoid direct sunlight, and pay attention to ventilation.

　　⊙ It is strictly prohibited to mix with water.

　　⊙ Not applicable below 4 ℃ and above 40 ℃.

　　⊙ During immersion, it should be kept clean and not splash onto other objects, plants, etc.

　　⊙ Construction personnel are required to wear goggles and protective gloves. If in contact with skin and eyes, immediately rinse with clean water.
