      1、 Performance and Application

      This product is a new patented product developed and produced using high-tech nanotechnology, with strong penetration and excellent waterproof effect; It is a highly efficient rigid building waterproofing product with permeable crystallization.

      This product is a water-based white lotion, non-toxic, no pungent odor, PH value 12, density 1.18~1.2, solid content ≥ 20%.

      Brush and spray it on the surface of dry porous inorganic building materials such as bricks, cement, stone, gypsum, lime, porcelain like coatings, asbestos products, perlite, insulation boards, etc. The highly active nano silicon particles penetrate into the interior of the building materials, crosslink into a three-dimensional network crystalline structure, block capillary pores, and form a colorless waterproof layer; At the same time, silane based components solidify on the surface of building materials, producing strong hydrophobic molecules with excellent waterproof and anti-seepage properties. It can effectively prevent building weathering, freezing and cracking, as well as external wall cleaning, anti fouling, anti mold, and anti moss growth functions. Directly mixing this product into cement mortar or concrete for use in rigid structure self waterproofing projects such as water tanks, canal dams, culverts, toilets, basements, etc., further enhances its unique waterproofing effect. This product has reliable quality, good durability, acid and alkali resistance, excellent weather resistance, no corrosion to steel bars, safe use, convenient construction, and low cost. It is one of the ideal waterproof materials in construction projects. Its impermeability performance when applied to mortar is ≥ S14, and its impermeability performance when applied to concrete is ≥ S18. The technical indicators comply with the JC474-1999 standard for mortar and concrete waterproofing agents and the JC/T902-2002 standard for permeable crystalline waterproofing agents.

      2、 Usage method

      1. Brushing and spraying construction:

      Before use, clean the base surface (especially oil stain and moss), mix the nano silicon waterproof agent with 8 times of clean water evenly, and use spray or brush to directly construct on the dry base surface. After diluting the agent per kilogram, each time can be constructed about 40~50m2, and at least twice in vertical and horizontal directions (the second time when the last time is not dry). For the rough surface of 1:2.5 mortar, the construction can penetrate about 1mm deep twice, and the effective life can reach 15~20 years. Within 24 hours after construction, it is not allowed to be soaked in rain or water, and construction shall be stopped below 5 ℃. After drying at room temperature, it has excellent waterproof effect, and the effect is even better after one week (the curing time is longer in winter). The experiment shows that the cured waterproof test block can be repeatedly heated 20 times at a high temperature of 200 ℃ and frozen 20 times at -18 ℃ without significant changes in waterproof effect. Dilute solution is prepared and used on the same day.

      2. Waterproof mortar construction:

      Clean up the sediment, debris, oil stains, etc. at the grassroots level, and control the ash sand ratio at 1:2.5~3 (32.5R Portland cement, medium sand with a mud content of less than 3%); The original solution of nano silicon waterproofing agent can be directly used to prepare waterproof mortar by adding 8-15 times (volume ratio) of water. The water cement ratio is ≤ 0.5, and the actual amount of net waterproofing agent used accounts for 3-5% of the cement. Apply waterproof layer in two layers (each layer is 10mm thick); First apply 1mm of plain mortar on the bottom layer, then apply a waterproof mortar layer, compact it during initial setting, and use a wooden trowel to poke it into a rough surface; After applying the second layer of waterproof mortar, it should be smoothed and compacted. According to normal maintenance, spraying cement curing agent has a better effect.

      3. Waterproof concrete construction:

      Nano silicon waterproofing agent can be directly mixed with water at a volume ratio of 45 times to prepare concrete, with the actual amount of net waterproofing agent accounting for 1% of cement. The construction method is the same as that of ordinary concrete. After construction, normal curing should be carried out, and spraying cement curing agent has a better effect.

      4. Leakage repair construction:

      The original base layer is smooth and needs to be chiseled into a rough surface. After cleaning the floating ash, apply cement paste to increase the bonding strength between the new and old layers, and then apply a waterproof mortar layer. The leaking area must be sealed and stopped with nano silicon instant plugging agent first. The corners of yin and yang should be rounded and compacted. The stubble should be in a slope shape (with a width of 100-150mm), and when jointing, it should be coated with cement paste first, followed by a waterproof mortar layer.

      3、 Precautions

      1. This agent cannot be sprayed outdoors below 5 ℃ during winter. When used as an additive during winter construction, it can be combined with sodium nitrite antifreeze.

      2. This agent is a general chemical substance. Construction personnel should be careful not to splash it on the face during storage, transportation, and use, especially not into the eyes. Otherwise, immediately rinse with plenty of water or seek medical attention. Wear latex gloves, protective goggles, and work clothes during operation to avoid skin contact with this agent.

      3. This agent should not come into contact with active metals such as zinc, aluminum, tin, etc. during transportation and use. It should not be stored in iron metal containers to avoid chemical reactions that may cause product deterioration and container corrosion.

      4、 Storage and shelf life:

      During storage and transportation, this agent should be protected from rain, exposure to sunlight, and damage to packaging containers; The storage and transportation environment temperature is 0-25 ℃.
