　　1. Base preparation

　　(1) The substrate must be sturdy, flat, clean, and free of dust, grease, wax, release agents, and other debris;

　　(2) All small pores and sand holes can be sealed by adding a little water to the sealing king and mixing it into a wet ball shape, then smoothing it out;

　　(3) Before applying the slurry, fully wet the substrate in advance, but there should be no accumulated water.

　　2. Mixing ratio, weight ratio A. Used for brushing: powder: water=25: (7-8); B. Used for pressing: powder: water=25: (6-7). Pour water into the container, then slowly pour the powder into the water and stir thoroughly with an electric mixer until it is a uniform paste without any powder particles or sediment.

　　3. Apply the slurry directly onto the base surface with a brush or roller brush, and carefully check for any missed or defective areas; Intermittent stirring should be maintained during the operation to prevent sedimentation.

　　4. Used for moisture prevention, can be coated with one layer; For waterproofing, at least two layers should be applied. The thickness of a single layer should not exceed 1mm in principle.

　　5. After the layer is completely dry (about 4 hours), apply the second layer. The brushing direction of the second layer should be perpendicular to the brushing direction of the layer.

　　3. After the waterproof layer has completely dried and solidified, other covering layers can be used.

　　4. For buildings, pipelines, expansion joints, and post pouring belts that may experience slight vibrations, movements, and cracks, it is recommended to use Double Rainbow K11 flexible waterproof slurry for waterproofing.

　　 When the thickness of the waterproof film is 1.0mm, the theoretical dosage is about 1.5-1.8kg/m2. The actual dosage depends on the specific substrate conditions.
