　　Construction technology:

　　Two component (spray type), with component A (liquid material) and component B (liquid material) being sprayed by specialized spray rapid setting equipment according to predetermined ratios, pressures, etc., and solidified into a film in 3-5 seconds. Suitable for underground tunnel arches and other areas that are not easy to apply during construction, as well as large-scale waterproofing construction.

　　Before large-scale spraying, it is necessary to wait until all the additional layers have formed a film. First, check the integrity of the spraying machine, whether the spray gun of the spraying machine is clean, and whether the raw material transfer pipe, filter screen, and valve are functioning properly. Spraying operations should be carried out in different zones and covered in advance. Adjust the distance and angle between the nozzle and the base surface, as well as the pressure of the spraying equipment, to achieve surface entrainment of the material after spraying, without exposing the bottom and with uniform thickness.

　　1. Construction is divided into mechanical spraying method and manual scraping method. Large scale construction should be carried out using spraying method. For strengthening details such as pipe roots, water outlets, parapets, and corners, manual scraping method should be used. For repairing cracks and construction of areas that are difficult to spray, manual scraping method should be used.

　　2. The construction environment temperature for rapid setting liquid rubber waterproof material should be between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃. Construction is not allowed on rainy days, snowy days, or winds above level 5.

　　Product application restrictions:

　　1. Mechanical spraying construction shall not be used when the construction temperature is less than 5 ℃;

　　2. Before the product is formed, it cannot be frozen (except for uncured liquid rubber);

　　3. Cannot be applied on surfaces with visible water or frost;

　　4. Cannot be used on rainy days or within 12 hours of rain (except for uncured liquid rubber);

　　5. Efforts should be made to ensure that the construction surface is dry, flat, and firm, without dust, grease, resin, or other foreign pollutants (such as benzene, etc.);

　　6. The product should not be stored in direct sunlight for a long time. The storage period is one year under good sealing and temperature>5 degrees Celsius storage conditions.
