This product is a single component viscous liquid made by adding petroleum based reactive substances to a blend of natural asphalt and petroleum asphalt. Petroleum based reactive substances undergo copolymerization physical and chemical reactions when fully exposed to reactive gases such as O2 and SO2 in the air at a certain specific surface area, which is the first-order reaction stage of the product; At this stage, a certain strength of elastic adhesive material is generated, which can prevent construction vehicles and asphalt concrete paving equipment from damaging the waterproof bonding layer. During the process of laying hot asphalt concrete, the elastic gel waterproof bonding layer reacts at high temperatures, and the large aggregate is embedded in the elastic waterproof bonding layer to form shear bonds, playing a good role in bonding and shear resistance. After the paving is completed, the second-order reaction of the product is completed, forming a higher elastic-plastic waterproof bonding layer.

Construction Technology
1. Base surface treatment before construction
Newly built concrete bridge decks should have a minimum of 7 days of curing period, and it is recommended to use sandblasting and roughening methods for treatment.
(1) Firstly, remove any harmful attachments on the road surface, such as sand particles and debris. Special treatment should be applied to areas with oil stains, which can be dissolved in solvents;
(2) After the road surface is cleaned, a sandblasting machine is used for sandblasting treatment, with the aim of removing floating slurry and some loosely attached debris from the road surface, while ensuring that the cleanliness and roughness of the road surface meet the requirements;
(3) You can use a hair dryer to completely blow and dry the interface.
2. Requirements for Base Surface Treatment
Cement concrete should have a dry and clean surface without any floating slurry or pollutants. The surface should not be loose, peeling, hollow or severely cracked, and the interface should be completely dry.
3. AMP-100 spreading
(1) Material dosage: 0.8kg-1.2kg/㎡ (manually coated twice).
(2) After the interface is cleaned and completely dried, the construction of AMP-100 can be carried out. Two methods can be used: manual coating and spraying.
Artificial coatingBefore construction, pour it into a container of appropriate size, stir gently for 3-5 minutes, and have the operator evenly apply it to the cement concrete or other treatment surface with a roller. It is generally recommended to use this method.
Spraying constructionWhen the area is not large, manual handheld spray gun construction can be carried out, and the operator can hold the spray gun and evenly apply it. When the area is relatively large, an asphalt distributor truck can also be used for spraying, but the spraying amount must be strictly controlled and the spraying must be uniform. Attention, when using spray construction, the pipes should be cleaned in a timely manner after spraying to avoid blockage. At the same time, when using large buckets, they must be stirred evenly to prevent air from pouring in.
Note:
To achieve good construction results, AMP-100 second-order reactive bridge deck waterproof coating needs to be implemented in two stages. The time interval between the next and second implementation at room temperature should be 4-8 hours. After AMP-100 construction, the asphalt layer can be constructed 12 hours later.
【 Precautions 】
(1) Construction is strictly prohibited in rainy and snowy weather;
(2) The waterproof layer construction can only be carried out after the new cement concrete is cured and qualified;
(3) After the waterproof layer is laid, it is strictly prohibited for vehicles to drive or personnel to step on it before it is fully cured. The waterproof layer should be protected to prevent moisture and pollution;
(4) Smoking and construction are strictly prohibited during periods of strong winds.
[Reference Dosage]
When the base surface is flat, the theoretical dosage is 1.2-1.5kg/㎡ (twice), and the specific dosage depends on the situation.
