1. Preparation of construction tools: Before construction, mixing buckets, spraying machinery, or specialized bristle brushes should be prepared.
2. Grassroots requirements: The concrete strength of bridge decks and beams should meet the design grade, and there should be no loose floating slurry, peeling, hollowing, or severe cracking on the surface. The surface flatness should meet the requirements of bridge specifications, and the upper opening layer of the vertical drainage pipe should be installed firmly without any looseness.
3. The waterproof base should be clean, dry, and free of accumulated water.
4. Base treatment: The bridge deck must be free of dust, floating ash, impurities, oil stains, etc. Before laying the waterproof layer, the surface can be cleaned with an air compressor, water purifier, degreaser, etc. If there are hardened debris such as concrete and mortar, they should be polished off.
5. Construction steps of waterproof layer: (taking three coatings as an example)
A) Before painting, the bucket of paint should be stirred evenly. B) Before applying a large area of paint, use a small brush to apply two coats of paint to the leak, strengthen the application of waterproof paint to the corners three times, and then apply a full coat of paint to the floor over a large area. C) After the coating is dry, the second coat of coating can be applied. D) After the second coat of paint is dry, apply the third coat of paint.
Reference dosage and precautions
1. When the dry film thickness of waterproof membrane is 1mm, the dosage is 1.9kg/m2, and the coating thickness of bridge deck is generally around 0.5mm-0.7mm, with a dosage of 1.0-1.5kg/㎡. The actual dosage depends on the specific substrate conditions.
2. This product is suitable for use in an environment between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃. During the construction process, it must be protected from rain, hot sunlight, and frost.

4. Material storage: High temperature exposure is strictly prohibited. If the bucket lid is opened, it should be sealed immediately after use; Pay attention to antifreeze at 0 ℃.
Packaging, Storage, and Transportation
1. The outer packaging is in plastic drums.
2. During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and not mixed together. Avoid direct sunlight and rain, and pay attention to ventilation.
3. Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period is one year from the date of production.
