      Paint should be stored in a sealed, dry, cool, and well ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight and rain, and kept away from sources of fire.

      The shelf life of this product is 12 months from the date of production, in its original packaging state and under specified storage conditions. After exceeding the storage period, the product can be inspected according to the items specified in this product standard. If it meets the technical requirements, it can still be used. Please use it as soon as possible after opening, and it must be resealed and stored when not in use.

      This product does not contain organic solvents and can be transported as non hazardous materials during transportation. During transportation, rain and sun exposure should be strictly prohibited to avoid severe collisions. Materials should be neatly and steadily stacked and comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department.

      7Polyurea anti-corrosion and waterproof coatingconstruction conditions

      Base surface requirements: The concrete base surface should be cleaned, repaired and leveled, and polished to a certain roughness. Ensure that the concrete curing is completed, the strength reaches C25 or above, and the moisture content is below 6%. After processing the base surface, the next process should be carried out as soon as possible.

      Environmental temperature and humidity requirements: The construction environment temperature should be between 5-35 ℃, and the base surface temperature should be at least 5 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature of the air; The humidity range should be between 30% and 80%.

      Ventilation conditions: Ventilation should be maintained during construction, but construction should not be carried out in strong winds.

      8Painting methods and requirements

      Mix components A and B of the coating evenly before use. If conditions permit, it is recommended to mix while using.

      A (curing agent): B (color paint)=1:1 (volume ratio), diluent is not allowed to be added.

      The construction team must use spraying equipment for construction, and the material temperature should be controlled between 50-80 ℃ during spraying.

      Generally, the next process can be carried out after 12 hours of painting. If the construction interval exceeds 24 hours, a layer of modified polyurethane bonding agent must be applied before construction can proceed. If encountering severe weather conditions such as rain after painting, a layer of modified polyurethane bonding agent must be applied before proceeding to the next process.

      Under normal circumstances, the paint film should be cured for more than 7 days after coating to ensure that the paint film performance achieves the desired effect.

      Under normal circumstances, the theoretical dosage for a 2mm thick paint film is 2.4kg/m2.

      10Polyurea anti-corrosion and waterproof coatingLabor Protection and Safety

      Before use, carefully read the product instructions and warning labels on the packaging container, familiarize yourself with the construction methods and requirements.

      Open flames, welding, smoking, and other unspecified activities are prohibited on the construction site. Construction must be carried out under well ventilated conditions.

      This product is a solvent-free environmental protection coating, but spray will be generated due to pressure during spraying construction. Please wear gas mask and other protective equipment during construction. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact with paint. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately rinse it off with a suitable cleaning agent, soap, and plenty of water. When splashing into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical treatment immediately.

      Under normal construction conditions, dry coatings are non-toxic. Please feel free to use it.
