Gasoline resistant PA66, American Shounuo R530, anti freezing high flow fiberglass reinforced 30%
1、 Product Introduction
Fiberglass reinforced PA66 material is currently a good method for improving the mechanical properties of PA66. The addition of fiberglass reduces the crystallinity of PA66, significantly improves its mechanical properties, increases its heat resistance, and improves the dimensional stability of composite materials. However, the addition of fiberglass will bring additional problems, such as severe floating fibers in the material, deterioration in appearance, increased viscosity of the material, resulting in processing difficulties, and if the compatibility between fiberglass and PA66 resin is poor, there will also be problems such as increased surface floating fibers and average mechanical properties. At present, the main methods to improve the surface floating fibers of glass fiber reinforced PA66 materials are mineral composite glass fibers, reducing the retention length of glass fibers, increasing organic nucleating agents, flow modifiers, and TAF. Although these methods can partially improve the floating fiber problem of glass fiber reinforced PA66 materials, it is difficult to meet the requirements of high static pressure resistance of glass fiber reinforced nylon in the field of high-pressure water guns.
Cellulose and cellulose nanocrystals: Cellulose is abundant in nature, and all plants and some encapsulated animals, algae, and bacteria can synthesize cellulose. Nanocellulose (NC) refers to cellulose with at least one dimensional spatial dimension within the nanoscale (1-100 nm), mainly including microfibrillated cellulose, nanocellulose crystals, and bacterial nanocellulose.
Chitin:Chitin is the most abundant natural organic compound on Earth, apart from cellulose, and is also the most abundant nitrogen-containing natural organic compound on Earth, apart from protein. It is widely present in the shells of crustaceans such as shrimp and crabs, insects, fungi, and plants. The chemical structure of chitin is similar to that of cellulose, with the basic structure being glucose units. The difference is that the hydroxyl group at the C2 position of cellulose is replaced by an acetamide group.
