Multiple grades of PC/ABS:
① There are various types of automotive components that require high heat resistance and aging resistance levels, such as flowability and electroplating levels similar to ABS, and super weather resistance levels.
② Flame retardant grade: Added with high-performance flame retardants, it has different flame retardant grades that meet V-0, V-1, V-2, and 5V standards. There are both high heat resistant grades and special grades with excellent thermal stability that do not use antimony trioxide. All flame retardant levels have obtained UL certification.
③ Phosphorus based flame retardant grade: There are both non halogen PC/ABS universal grades and high heat resistant grades, which are of high environmental protection level. ④ Filler reinforcement grade: There are both general grade and flame retardant grade reinforced by glass fiber and mineral fillers, as well as special grade suitable for precision instruments.
PC/ABS alloy mainly improves melt flowability, formability, electroplatability, and appearance; Compared with ABS, it mainly improves the heat resistance, impact resistance, and rigidity of thin-walled products.
