      PC can be injection molded, extruded, molded, blow molded, thermoformed, printed, bonded, coated, and machined, with injection molding being the most important processing method.

      Before forming, it must be pre dried with a moisture content of less than 0.02%. Processing with trace amounts of moisture at high temperatures can cause the product to produce a cloudy white color, silver threads, and bubbles. PC has a considerable ability to undergo forced high elasticity deformation at room temperature. High impact toughness allows for cold forming processes such as cold pressing, cold drawing, and cold rolling. The molecular weight of PC used for extrusion should be greater than 30000, and a gradient compression screw with a length to diameter ratio of 1:18-24 and a compression ratio of 1:2.5 should be used. Extrusion blow molding, injection blowing, and injection pull blowing methods can be used to form high-quality and highly transparent bottles.

      PC forms alloys or blends with different polymers to improve material properties. Specifically, there are PC/ABS alloy, PC/ASA alloy, PC/PBT alloy, PC/PET alloy, PC/PET/elastomer blend, PC/MBS blend, PC/PTFE alloy, PC/PA alloy, etc., which have the advantages of both material properties and reduce costs.

      Cleaning of material cylinder

      (3) Reset the temperature of the material barrel to 200 to 230 ℃.

      (4) Continue to empty shoot the cleaning material until the temperature of the cleaning adhesive reaches 260 ℃ and the surface looks clean and transparent

      1. The injection temperature is adjusted accordingly based on the molecular weight of the raw materials, the shape and size of the product, and the type of injection molding machine.

      2. The injection speed adopts a multi-stage injection method, using a slow fast slow approach.

      3. The injection pressure depends on the shape and size of the product, with plunger injection molding machines generally ranging from 100-160MPa and screw injection molding machines ranging from 70-140MPa.

      4. The molding cycle depends on the thickness of the product wall and the injection volume. Generally, the filling time is short, the holding time is long, and the cooling time is based on the principle of not causing deformation of the product during demolding.

      5. The mold temperature depends on the shape and thickness of the product. Increasing the mold temperature appropriately is beneficial for demolding and improving product quality.

      6. Post processing of products: It is necessary to perform post-processing to eliminate or reduce internal stress for products with complex shapes, metal inserts, and extremely low or high operating temperatures.
