Halogen free PC 103R-111 Basic Innovative Plastic US UV Temperature
The phenomenon of bubbles in PC plastic injection molding process is very serious. In mold design (including product design), attention should be paid to the following points in order to prevent poor plastic molding caused by poor reflux or uneven cooling, resulting in surface defects and deterioration. Generally, the following points should be noted in mold design:
A=The wall thickness should be as uniform as possible, and the demolding slope should be sufficiently large;
The transition part should be gradual and smooth to prevent sharp corners. Sharp edges, especially PC products, must not have gaps;
C=Gate. The flow channel should be as wide and short as possible, and the gate position should be set according to the shrinkage condensation process. If necessary, a cold material well should be added;
D=The surface of the mold should be smooth and have a low roughness (less than 0.8); E=exhaust vent. The groove must be sufficient to promptly discharge air and gases from the melt; F=Except for PET, the wall thickness should not be too thin, generally not less than 1mm.
