      The Luxi Fertilizer Plant was established in 1976 with a production capacity of only 3000 tons/year for synthetic ammonia. At that time, it set a national record for single furnace gas production for several consecutive years and held a position in the synthetic ammonia industry.

      In 1984, in order to reduce production costs and enhance the profitability of the enterprise, a 15000 ton synthetic ammonia plant was expanded after a year and a half. After being put into operation, the enterprise reached an annual production capacity of 25000 tons of synthetic ammonia.

      In 1992, Luxi Group was established with Luxi Fertilizer Plant as its core.

      Luxi Chemical has built multiple circular industrial chains, with unpredictable chemical product cycles and significant price fluctuations. Since 2017, the company's main products such as formic acid, polycarbonate, caustic soda, and adipic acid have entered a high prosperity cycle. At present, the group is striving to move rapidly towards the direction of chemical engineering and new chemical materials.

      PEI material leads the way in the field of optical communication and is widely used in fiber optic connectors and optical components of optical transceiver modules. PEI material has excellent infrared penetrability, with a transmittance of over 88% in the 850nm-1550nm optical communication frequency band. Its high refractive index can remain constant with temperature and humidity changes, and can withstand rigorous testing for up to 2000 hours under double 85 (85 ℃/85% humidity) conditions; Meanwhile, the long-term dimensional stability of PEI material provides reliable optical docking for signal transmission; PEI has high strength and modulus, and is used to replace metal in manufacturing fiber optic connectors, adapters, and other structural components, or to replace lenses in glass manufacturing of optical transceiver modules. It can structure components, simplify their manufacturing and assembly processes, while maintaining precise dimensions, thereby significantly reducing the cost of the final product.

      In addition, due to the high dimensional stability and strength characteristics of PEI material, as well as excellent weather resistance, its application in the field of waterproof connectors for fiber optic splitters or base stations can meet the IP67 waterproof requirements, significantly improving the long-term airtightness and reliability of the product.

      The 5G base station antenna adopts Massive MIMO technology. Each base station uses 2 to 3 antennas (AAUs), each antenna can have 64 to 128 channels. The connection between the antenna board and the RF board, as well as between the antenna feed board and the cavity filter board, is made using board to board connectors. Due to the significant increase in demand for RF connectors in 5G antennas, the traditional use of thermosetting materials (PTFE) and large-scale production through CNC machining has become a constraint in the industry.
