1. Leakage of glue. At this point, it is necessary to increase the melt adhesive stroke and increase the amount of adhesive. After increasing the melt adhesive stroke, it is necessary to continue injection molding while observing the residual glue amount of the screw, the melt adhesive stroke, and the product's glue feeding situation.
2. The amount of glue is not enough. After increasing the melt adhesive stroke, the amount of adhesive added to the product increases, indicating that the amount of adhesive is not enough and it is necessary to continue increasing the melt adhesive stroke. When the adhesive stroke reaches a large limit and the product is still not fully coated, it is necessary to replace the large injection molding machine.
3. Leakage of gluon mesons. If the amount of glue injected during injection molding does not increase correspondingly with the increase of the melt adhesive stroke, it may be due to the leakage of glue particles in the injection molding machine.
