      Topas6015-04 is a universal injection grade. It is a glass like transparent amorphous polymer with excellent moisture resistance, chemical resistance, high purity, and non reactive surface, making it a choice for optical, healthcare, and other high-tech products. A lower leaching rate and extractability can maintain the stability and quality of food and drugs. It is a non-polar substrate that does not promote adsorption, denaturation, aggregation, or precipitation like glass. This level has a high (150 ℃) thermal deformation temperature, can withstand steam and dry heat sterilization protocols of 121 ℃ and 134 ℃, as well as gamma and EtO programs.
