      PSU P-3500 is a highly molecular weight polysulfone with toughness and chemical resistance among existing available grades. Very suitable for extrusion molding.

      Polysulfone (PSU, also known as PSF) is a high temperature resistant and high-strength thermoplastic engineering plastic with high mechanical strength, electrical insulation performance, thermal deformation temperature, and certain chemical corrosion resistance, especially good thermal aging resistance, creep resistance, and dimensional stability.

      Typical application scope: mainly used in electronic and electrical, food and daily necessities, automotive, aviation, medical, and general industrial sectors;

      Produce various contactors, connectors, transformer insulation components, thyristor caps, insulation sleeves, coil skeletons, terminal posts, printed circuit boards, shaft sleeves, covers, television system components, capacitor films, brush holders, alkaline battery boxes, and wire and cable coverings.

      Polysulfone (PSU, also known as PSF) can be used as a protective cover component, electric gear, battery cover, aircraft internal and external parts, spacecraft external protective cover, camera baffle, lighting components, and sensors.
