      Among them, PEEK is the most important variety of polyaryletherketone polymers, which has excellent comprehensive properties such as heat resistance, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, peel resistance, creep resistance, dimensional stability, impact resistance, chemical resistance, non toxicity, flame retardancy, etc. It is a semi crystalline polymer material with a melting point of 334 ℃, a softening point of 168 ℃, and a tensile strength of 132-148MPa.

      The two ether bonds and carbonyl groups provide flexibility and excellent processability for the material, which can be used as high-temperature resistant structural materials and electrical insulation materials, and can be combined with glass fiber or carbon fiber to prepare reinforcement materials. Therefore, PEEK has been widely used in various fields such as electronics and electrical engineering, aerospace, automotive, energy and other industries, and medical care. At present, there are three main types of PEEK: pure resin PEEK, fiberglass modified PEEK, and carbon fiber modified PEEK.
