PPS coating has good density, corrosion resistance, and can be used at temperatures up to 300 ℃ after cross-linking. It is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, and electronic instruments, such as pipelines, valves, kettles, storage tanks, and non stick pans in corrosive environments. Pure PPS film or PPS composite film prepared using lamination technology can be used for electrical insulation materials, electronic components, automotive parts, diaphragm materials, decorative materials, as well as adhesive tapes, printer parts, heat-resistant food packaging materials, etc. It can also be made into conductive films.
PPS fiber has good heat resistance, similar to PET and PA resins. After stretching treatment, PPS resin has improved strength and modulus, and can be developed for new applications in film and fiber fields. PPS fiber has excellent chemical corrosion resistance (solvent-free at 200 ℃), long-term thermal stability at 200-220 ℃, flame retardancy (LOI ≥ 35), radiation resistance (GY ≥ 1 × 107), good mechanical properties, and excellent electrical insulation performance.
