      1、 Product Introduction

      PPA (Polyphthalamide) has a tensile strength that is 20% higher than nylon 6 and higher than nylon 66 under high temperature and high humidity conditions; The bending modulus of PPA material is 20% higher than that of nylon, with greater hardness and the ability to resist long-term tensile creep; Moreover, PPA has stronger resistance to gasoline, grease, and coolant than PA; A high-temperature resistant nylon material that can withstand sustained high temperatures up to 200 ℃ and maintain good dimensional stability.

      Usage: Internal parts of automobiles

      The first generation of styrene based TPE products, such as common SBS, are prone to aging, which limits their application range. So it's basically not used.

      The second generation TPE products have effectively solved the problems of aging resistance and ozone resistance, greatly increasing their application range. However, TPE products are rarely processed separately as products due to their high intermolecular forces, and generally require oil filling to improve their processing performance.

      For structures like SEBS, they are rarely used alone and are usually mixed with other materials such as thermoplastic, resin, filler, additives, etc. to obtain the desired properties such as fluidity, hardness, color, transparency, and flexibility. The hardness adjustable range of SEBS based thermoplastic elastomers is wide, ranging from Shore A10-A90. Meanwhile, thermoplastic elastomers based on SEBS have good coloring properties. In addition, due to the complete hydrogenation of the elastic block in SEBS, SEBS has excellent aging resistance and can be processed at high temperatures.
