Based on this, innovative improvements have been made, using a dual gas path simultaneous comparative sampling method to improve the accuracy of sampling. It is suitable for performance testing of bacterial filtration efficiency of meltblown filter media by metrological inspection departments, research institutes, meltblown filter media production enterprises, and other relevant departments.

The testing principle of the bacterial filtration efficiency tester is to simulate the actual use state of the mask sample and install it on the head mold rack. The mask passes over the igniter with a constant flame height at a certain linear velocity along with the head mold, observes the combustion of the mask, records the duration of continuous combustion and smoldering, and evaluates whether the mask is qualified.
