It consists of a drum, a screw conveyor, a differential, a main bearing, a chassis, a liquid-solid phase collection chamber, an upper cover, a motor transmission device, a frequency converter (customized by the user), and other components. The working principle of this machine is: the horizontal screw is gradually accelerated by a frequency converter, and under the drive of the main and auxiliary motors, the input shaft of the drum and differential reaches the rated speed n1, n2. Due to the action of the differential, the screw generates a stable differential speed △ n ahead of the drum to achieve the screw discharge function. After the machine speed stabilizes, the suspension enters the centrifuge through the high-level tank or feed pump, flow control valve, and feed pipe, and is accelerated by the screw acceleration bucket before entering the drum. Under the strong centrifugal force field, the solid particles with high specific gravity are thrown onto the settling wall and quickly deposited on the inner wall of the drum. With the push of the screw, the sediment is continuously pushed towards the small end of the drum, and then enters the centrifuge through the slag outlet. Solid phase collection casing is discharged. The separated clear liquid is further clarified by the separation blades and discharged from the overflow hole of the rotary drum and the liquid phase collection cover. Throughout the entire separation process, the suspension is continuously fed in, and the clarified liquid phase and sediment are continuously discharged, hence it is a continuous automatic separation.

This model is mainly used for solid-liquid separation, which separates one solid phase (density) from two liquid phases with different densities. The drum and screw rotate at high speed in the same direction with differential speed, and the material enters through the feeding pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, solid phase materials deposit on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. Two types of liquid phase materials form a light liquid phase ring and a heavy liquid phase ring, respectively. Starting from the drum wall, a solid phase layer, a heavy liquid phase layer, and a light liquid phase layer are formed in sequence inward. The spiral continuously pushes the solid material deposited on the drum wall to the cone end of the drum and discharges it outside the machine through the slag discharge outlet. The light liquid phase continuously overflows from the overflow port at the large end of the drum, while the heavy liquid phase is discharged through the centrifugal pump at the large end of the drum. Thus achieving three-phase separation.
It is necessary to ensure that the solid and liquid are immiscible, and that the two liquids have different densities, with the solid density being greater than the liquid density. The major difference compared to a two-phase centrifuge is that it can separate two-phase liquids.
