The full name of this machine is a three-phase horizontal spiral discharge settling centrifuge. The main machine consists of a column cone drum, a spiral discharge device, a light and heavy liquid phase separator, a differential system, a feeding system, a bearing seat, a base, a hood, main and auxiliary motors, and an electrical system. The working principle is that the material enters the drum through the feed pipe and the discharge port of the spiral discharger. Under the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation, solid particles with a higher density deposit on the inner wall of the drum. The blades of the spiral discharger, which move relative to the drum, continuously scrape off the solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the drum and push them out of the slag discharge port; Due to the difference in specific gravity between the light and heavy liquid phases, different liquid layers are generated in the clarification area of the drum liquid phase. The separated light phase liquid is discharged from the drum through the discharge port (gravity), and the separated heavy phase liquid is discharged from the drum through the centripetal pump. The relative motion between the spiral and the drum, that is, the differential speed, is achieved through a differential, and its magnitude is controlled by the auxiliary motor. The differential housing is connected to the drum, the output shaft is connected to the screw, and the input shaft is connected to the auxiliary motor. The main motor drives the rotation of the drum and also drives the rotation of the differential housing. The auxiliary motor controls the speed of the differential input shaft through the coupling, so that the differential can transmit torque to the screw at a certain speed ratio, thereby achieving the continuous separation process of materials by the centrifuge. The centrifuge has an automatic control function, namely constant torque differential speed control. Due to fluctuations in the solid content of the feed, the use of a differential speed control system ensures stable differential speed and constant dryness of the solid phase, keeping the separation effect in a state and ensuring reliable and safe operation of the centrifuge. Centrifuges have excellent sealing performance, and dehydration works in a fully sealed state, making the environment clean, safe, and reliable.
