    Description :

    Hastelloy is a general term for a series of high-performance nickel based superalloys, known in the industrial field for their excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength, and oxidation resistance. This series of products covers multiple grades such as C-276, B-2, C-4, C-22, C-2000, and X alloy, designed to meet the material requirements in extremely harsh environments.


    Among them, C-276 alloy is one of the most widely used corrosion-resistant alloys, with excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing media. It is particularly suitable for environments containing highly corrosive media such as chloride ions, wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide. It is widely used in flue gas desulfurization systems, pulp bleaching equipment, and chemical reactors. B-2 alloy is mainly designed for reducing environments such as pure sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid, with extremely low carbon content, effectively preventing intergranular corrosion in the welding heat affected zone. C-4 alloy maintains stable corrosion resistance at high temperatures, especially suitable for hot concentrated sulfuric acid and acidic environments containing impurities. As an upgraded version of C-276, C-22 alloy further enhances its resistance to pitting corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidative media. The introduction of copper element in C-2000 alloy significantly enhances its corrosion resistance to reducing acids such as sulfuric acid, while maintaining good resistance to pitting corrosion. X alloy is known for its excellent high-temperature strength and fatigue resistance, and is commonly used in aviation engine combustion chambers and industrial furnace components.
