    This product is a high-performance copper core cross-linked polyethylene insulated polyvinyl chloride sheathed flame-retardant Class C power cable, model ZC-YJV 3 * 120+2 * 70. The cable conductor is made of high-purity oxygen free copper wire twisted together, with excellent conductivity and low resistivity, which can effectively reduce line losses and ensure efficient and stable power transmission.


    The insulation layer is made of advanced cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material. The molecular structure of polyethylene is changed from linear to three-dimensional network structure by chemical or physical methods, thus greatly improving the heat resistance, mechanical strength and aging resistance of the material. This enables the cable to operate stably for a long time at a rated working temperature of up to 90 ℃, with a short-term overload temperature of up to 130 ℃ and a maximum temperature of 250 ℃ during short circuit, far superior to ordinary PVC insulated cables.


    The sheath is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, which has good weather resistance, corrosion resistance, and a certain flame retardant effect. Specifically, the cable complies with the "ZC" flame retardant Class C standard, which can effectively suppress flame spread in bundle combustion tests and quickly self extinguish after the fire source is removed, greatly reducing the risk of fire.
