  When selecting, it is necessary to clarify the corrosion level of the environment in which the galvanized coil of WISCO is used. The 120g/m ² zinc layer belongs to the conventional anti-corrosion level and is suitable for indoor dry environments or short-term outdoor exposure scenarios. If used in high humidity, frequent acid rain, or long-term outdoor exposure environments, it is recommended to choose higher zinc layers (such as 180g, 275g) or use new coating products such as zinc aluminum magnesium. Compared with electroplated galvanized sheet, hot-dip galvanized steel coil has lower cost and longer anti-corrosion life, but slightly higher surface roughness; Compared with color coated panels, it retains the original metallic color and is suitable for subsequent spraying or direct use, but does not have color decoration function. When purchasing, it is necessary to confirm whether a higher flatness precision board or a regular commercial grade board is needed.

  When storing galvanized coils from Wugang, they should be placed in a dry and ventilated indoor warehouse to avoid direct contact with the ground. It is recommended to use sleepers underneath and keep the packaging intact to prevent rainwater from entering and causing rusting at the edges. When unwinding, attention should be paid to adjusting the pressure of the leveling machine to avoid wavy or creased lines caused by the thin substrate (0.75mm). After cutting, the cross-section should be promptly treated with rust prevention or protected with specialized sealing adhesive. In daily maintenance, if there is slight white rust on the surface, it can be wiped with a dry cloth and coated with anti rust oil; If red rust is found spreading, it indicates that the zinc layer has been damaged and needs to be replaced or professionally repaired for corrosion prevention in a timely manner to ensure the durability and safety of the overall structure.
