The execution standards generally refer to API Spec 6A or SY/T series petroleum industry standards. Standard union fittings are processed at both ends of the pipe body, with common specifications including 2 inches, 3 inches, 4 inches, etc. The working pressure level can cover 5000psi to 15000psi or even higher. The specific size and pressure level need to be customized according to the actual manifold design requirements to ensure perfect matching with the existing manifold system. When selecting, it is necessary to clarify the maximum working pressure of the operating environment, the type of medium (whether it contains corrosive components), and the specific specifications of the connection interface. High pressure hard pipelines are suitable for applications such as fracturing trucks, cementing equipment, and pressure testing devices that require frequent disassembly and withstand extremely high pressure; Not suitable for low-pressure long-distance transportation or room temperature transportation of non oily media. Compared with hoses, hard pipelines have lower flow resistance and higher structural rigidity, but lack flexibility. Before installing high-pressure hard pipelines, it is necessary to check whether the sealing surface of the union is intact, clean the sealing groove, and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating grease. Use a special wrench to tighten the union nut to the specified torque, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully strike and correct it. In daily maintenance, it is necessary to regularly check the thickness of the pipe wall and the wear of the joints, especially under the action of high-voltage pulse load, which is prone to fatigue cracks. If severe surface corrosion or mechanical damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
