ZH type horizontal self-priming pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of compact structure, easy operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long service life, and strong self-priming ability. There is no need to install a bottom valve in the pipeline, only a certain amount of liquid needs to be stored in the pump body before operation. Therefore, the pipeline system has been simplified and the working conditions have been improved.

Adopting an axial return pump structure. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a scroll chamber, a return hole, and a gas separation chamber. After the pump body is started normally, the impeller sucks in the liquid stored in the suction chamber together with the air in the pipeline, and mixes it inside the impeller under the action of centrifugal force. The liquid mixed with gas flows round to the outside of the scroll chamber, forming a certain thickness of white foam and high-speed rotating liquid ring on the outer support of the impeller. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through a diffusion tube. At this point, due to a sudden decrease in flow rate, lighter gases are separated from the mixture and continue to rise and be discharged through the pump outlet. The liquid after degassing returns to the storage chamber and enters the impeller again through the reflux port. The air in the suction pipe continuously decreases until the gas is completely absorbed, completing the self-priming process, and then the pump is put into normal operation. The impeller suction method, single suction principle, centrifugal pump performance does not block the conveying medium.

The flow rate of this pump is 6.3~400m3/h. The lift is 4-132m, and the suction lift is above 5M.

The shaft seal form of the pump

Packing seal: The pump cover is equipped with a packing box, which uses soft packing seal. The packing box can be filled with water under certain pressure for sealing cooling and cleaning.   Mechanical seal: There are two forms of single end face seal and double end face seal. A certain pressure of water is introduced into the sealing chamber to flush and friction the two end faces, while also providing cooling effect. The shaft seal of the pump adopts packing seal and mechanical seal, which can be used by the user according to their needs.
