IH type stainless steel chemical pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump, which is an energy-saving product used to replace F-type corrosion-resistant pumps. The main components of IH stainless steel chemical pump include pump body, impeller, pump cover, impeller nut, bracket, shaft, and mechanical seal. The pump cover of the IH stainless steel chemical pump is fixed on the integrated bracket through a stopper, and then clamped in the middle through the connection between the pump body and the middle bracket stopper. The pump body is axial suction, radial discharge, foot supported, and can be directly fixed on the base. This is an internationally recognized form. The pump is directly driven by the motor through a coupling, and when viewed from the motor end, it rotates clockwise.

The shaft seal form of the pump includes packing seal: there is a packing box inside the pump cover, which uses soft packing seal. The packing box can be filled with water at a certain pressure for sealing cooling, lubrication, and cleaning. Mechanical seal: There are two forms of mechanical seals: single end mechanical seal and double end mechanical seal. A certain pressure of water is introduced into the sealing chamber to flush and friction the two end faces, while also providing cooling effect.

Users can use it according to their needs, and are allowed to use shaft seals that are suitable for the sealing chamber size and other structures specified in ISO3069, such as mechanical seals with corrugated pipes and impeller seals. Clean lubricating oil should be used for the pump bearings. Before the pump runs, a certain amount of lubricating oil should be added to the suspension to about 2mm above the center line of the cursor. It has the characteristics of wide performance range, high efficiency, high level of "three modernizations", and easy maintenance. Its efficiency is 5% higher than that of F-type pumps on average, and it is an energy-saving product promoted by the country.
