The SP type vertical slurry pump is a single-stage, single suction, vertical centrifugal pump. We have absorbed the advantages of similar products at home and abroad in terms of structure, using a single-layer shell and metal structure, which has a simple structure, easy installation, disassembly, and maintenance. The pump body is fixed on the bracket with bolts, and the bearing body is placed on the upper end of the bracket. The pump end of the bearing body adopts double row tapered roller bearings, and the drive end adopts single row cylindrical roller bearings, which can withstand the maximum axial load of the pump. The bearing body is equipped with a motor seat or motor bracket. The motor can adopt direct drive DC type or V-belt drive BD type, and the pulley can be easily replaced to change the pump speed, meeting the needs of different working conditions or the performance changes after pump wear. The bracket is equipped with split mounting plates, which can be easily placed on steel or concrete foundations. The pump body suction port is equipped with a filter screen to prevent large particles or long strip-shaped debris from entering the pump. The flow passage components of the pump are made of high chromium nickel molybdenum vanadium wear-resistant alloy, and an excellent hydraulic model is used to maximize the efficiency of the pump.
